About Therapy Groups

Therapy Groups offer a powerful space for personal insight, emotional healing, and meaningful connection. Unlike individual counselling, therapy groups bring together people who may be facing similar challenges, providing the opportunity to learn not only from the counsellor but from each other. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, relationship issues, ADHD, grief, or life transitions, you don’t have to do it alone.

All of our therapy groups are led by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.), a designation that ensures your facilitator meets the highest standards in training, ethical practice, and professional development. With expert guidance, you can expect a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where your voice matters.

Therapy Groups are not about being put on the spot or forced to share. Instead, it’s about joining a community of peers committed to growth. You’ll have the chance to observe, reflect, and contribute in ways that feel right for you. Many participants discover they are not as alone as they thought—and that healing often begins with feeling understood.

Our groups are designed to be practical and supportive. We integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, relational work, and psychoeducation to help you develop tools for everyday life.

Whether you’re looking to build emotional resilience, improve communication, better manage your mental health, or simply explore yourself more deeply, a therapy group can be a meaningful step forward.

What to Expect:

A consistent group of participants (usually 10–14 people)
-
Weekly sessions over a set number of weeks
-
A clear structure with room for discussion, reflection, and skill-building
-
Respect for privacy and personal boundaries
-
Guidance from a trained and experienced counsellor

If you're curious about group therapy or unsure if it's the right fit, you're welcome to contact us with questions. Sometimes the first step is simply learning more.
We look forward to walking with you on your journey.
